The Cullen Group provides best practice training in all aspects of the contracting lifecycle from deciding what an organisation should put to market, to writing contracts and SLAs, to running a tendering process, negotiation and managing contracts from inception to exit. It trains over 430 people per year across the Asia Pacific region – and is always rated excellent. Standard training programs are in a two-day intensive workshop format. Each program has a number of interactive exercises conducted by the participants with most having case studies and role-playing sessions. Each participant is provided with a copy of the slides, a workbook, various handouts and tools, examples (where appropriate), and articles published in the area.
